Five minutes a day keeps your head in shape
12 short games for mental math, memory, attention and logic. The Japanese approach: a little every day beats a long session once a month.
Download on the App StoreFree. Four games are open from the start, so are the daily goal and your stats.

How it works
Set today's goal
You decide how many stars you're after. Five is a fine place to start.
Play two or three games
Each one runs one to three minutes. Fits a queue or a kettle.
Come back tomorrow
The app counts your streak and shows which skill moved and which slipped.
What you'll play
Every game trains one skill. Six sit on the home screen, the rest live in Games.
Concentration
Speed count
Fifty sums in a row. You do the maths, the clock keeps going.
Concentration
Bubble count
Find the numbers from 1 to 50 in order. Eyes dart, head counts.
Memory
Association
Sums where the signs have turned into symbols. You hold the rule in your head.
Memory
Flip & Match
Matching pairs against the clock. Familiar, only faster.
Selectivity
Dress code
Build a wardrobe of 45 items, adding a new one each time.
Selectivity
Gap link
Fifty equations. The blank takes the answer from the one before.
Creativity
Mem tales
Remember the order things appeared in, then repeat it.
Logic
Fruitology
Fifteen levels. Work out what each fruit is worth.
Eight on this page. Twelve in the app.
You can see it move
Numbers instead of applause: stars, seconds, and which skill actually grew.

Daily goal
You set it. Progress sits on the home screen, no digging through settings.
Stars
One to five per game, by result. They stack up and stay.
Five skills
Concentration, memory, selectivity, creativity, logic. Each game feeds one.
Friends
One list, one daily goal. Someone passes you and you sit down to play.
What it actually does
Straight up: no app makes you smarter. Not this one either. What it can do is keep you in the habit.
You get better at exactly what the games ask for: counting in your head, holding attention, picking the right thing out of clutter. Your results climb, and you can watch it happen in seconds and error rates.
Whether that carries into work and daily life is still argued over in research. So we promise no IQ points and no shield against ageing. We promise five minutes that aren't wasted, and numbers that show you're sharper than you were a month ago.
UDZU + Plus
The subscription opens the rest.
- All 12 games instead of four
- Harder versions: Speed count+, Association+
- Stats by week, month and year, with best and average result
- Answer breakdowns where the game has them
The app works without it: four games, the daily goal, stars and friends all stay. Subscribe when four stops being enough.

How long does it take?
A game runs one to three minutes. The default daily goal takes about five to seven.
How is this different from any other puzzle app?
There's a system behind it. A daily goal, five skills, stats on each one. You're not just solving things, you can see what changes.
What's the Japanese approach?
Short daily sessions on simple arithmetic and visual tasks, instead of rare long ones. The method has been around since the early 2000s, and UDZU is built on it.
What if I skip a day?
Your streak resets. Stars, stats and level stay. A missed day is no reason to quit.
How do I cancel the subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → UDZU → Cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep access until the paid period ends. We don't cut it short and we don't charge you ourselves.
Is there an age limit?
No. The tasks are simple in form, and the difficulty follows your results.
You have five minutes
Four games are open from the start. Nothing to pay for.
